Our history

Farmhouse winegrowers for 8 generations

It all began in Châtillon-sur-Cher in 1803.

The origins of Les Braconniers lie in the heritage of the Dupuy family, passionate winegrowers and farmers.

From generation to generation, know-how has been passed down, shaping our vineyards and our vision of wine, between respect for tradition and a spirit of innovation.

The meeting

Under the impetus of Franck Meunier and Jean-Philippe DUPUY (first cousin), the split estates of Dupuy, Cormier, Meunier and Gibault were brought together and the ‘Les Braconniers’ estate was founded, bringing together the family heritage under a new identity.

Here, the new generation embodies its commitment to both winemaking tradition and a deep respect for the terroir that shapes our wines, all with a sustainable approach.
