Preamble

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018 and completes the legislation on the protection of personal data. Personal data is any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that person (surname, first name, address, e-mail, telephone number, contract number, credit card number, etc.). The processing of personal data refers to any operation involving this type of data (collection, storage, transmission, deletion, etc.), whether on paper or electronically. The data controller is the person who determines the purposes of each processing operation and the means of achieving these purposes. For Domaine Les Braconniers, protecting your data is a priority. Therefore, in the interests of transparency, this Privacy Policy aims to explain why your personal data is collected and processed by Domaine Les Braconniers, in its capacity as data controller, how it is processed, what rights you have over your data and how you can exercise them. Domaine Les Braconniers reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately.    

1. Why does Domaine Les Braconniers need to collect your data?

The data collected by Domaine Les Braconniers is hosted in Switzerland using secure protocols. The purpose of processing this data is : – the organisation and execution of training services and events offered by Domaine Les Braconniers; – the dissemination of information and offers from Domaine Les Braconniers; – the adaptation of the training offer according to the expectations of Domaine Les Braconniers’ customers and the improvement of the quality of the services offered; The legal basis for this processing is your contractual relationship with Domaine Les Braconniers and/or Domaine Les Braconniers’ legal or regulatory obligations or your consent, in the case of commercial prospecting, which you may withdraw at any time by sending us an email. In general, Domaine Les Braconniers does not process any of your data for purposes incompatible with those for which it was collected, unless you have given your prior consent.

The person responsible for processing the personal data referred to herein is Sebastien BON, whose registered office is located at 14 Rue du 22 Novembre Strasbourg (67000) – Bas-Rhin.    

3. What data does Domaine Les Braconniers collect?

Domaine Les Braconniers, as data controller within the meaning of the RGPD, limits the collection of personal data to that which is adequate, relevant and strictly necessary for the performance of its training activities. In the case of persons outside Domaine Les Braconniers, the data collected is the personal data necessary for commercial prospecting on Domaine Les Braconniers’ training offer, i.e.: the first and last names, personal details, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of any person who has expressed an interest in and consented to receiving information from Domaine Les Braconniers.    

4. Data transmission

Your personal data will only be passed on to our partners in order to ensure the proper performance of the Domaine Les Braconniers’ activities, in particular :

  • to staff and teachers to ensure the smooth running of training courses and the contract;
  • to organisations, legal auxiliaries and ministerial officers, as part of their debt recovery mission;

 

5. How long will your data be kept?

Your data will be kept by Domaine Les Braconniers for the time necessary to achieve the purposes set out in point 1 of this document, plus the statutory limitation periods. Data used for commercial canvassing purposes may also be kept until the person concerned withdraws his/her consent, or failing this, for a period of 3 years from the last contact the Customer/prospect had with the Domaine. At the end of this three-year period, Domaine Les Braconniers will contact you to find out whether you wish to continue receiving commercial solicitations. 6. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to request access to your personal data and the rectification of inaccurate data. You may request the deletion of data and the restriction of processing, in accordance with applicable legislation. You have the right to the portability of the personal data you have provided to the Domaine, under the conditions laid down by the applicable legislation. This right only applies to data that you have actively and knowingly provided to Domaine Les Braconniers (data that you have entered in an online form) or data generated when using a service or device in the context of concluding or managing your contract, and which is processed automatically, on the basis of consent or the performance of a contract. You may object to your data being used by Domaine Les Braconniers for a specific purpose. Where the processing of your personal data is based on your consent (e.g. the sending of our electronic commercial offers), you may withdraw your consent at any time. Similarly, if you wish to withdraw your consent to cookies, you may do so in accordance with the procedures set out in the Cookies charter. Exercising your rights To exercise any of these rights, you can send your request by e-mail. All requests must specify the subject of the request (exercise of the right to access, modify, correct or delete personal data).    

7. How does Domaine Les Braconniers secure the processing of your data?

The Domaine Les Braconniers implements all technical, physical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data during the collection, processing and transfer of your data. The Domaine Les Braconniers infrastructure is protected against malicious software (viruses, spyware, etc.); the security of your terminal is your responsibility. If we are likely to use service providers to process part of your data, we undertake to check that they offer sufficient guarantees to ensure the protection of the personal data entrusted to them and to have them sign the necessary confidentiality clauses.    

8. Social networks

Domaine Les Braconniers is present on the Social Networks via a LinkedIn account. Access to this Social Network implies your prior acceptance of its contractual conditions, including its commitments with regard to the RGPD for the processing carried out by the latter, independently of our page on the said Domaine Les Braconniers Social Network.
