Vin De France

Type (Colour)

Character

A fresh, aromatic and balanced wine.

Growing method

The vines are cultivated using sustainable methods, combined with soil cultivation. Partial leaf removal and green harvesting are carried out to improve the quality of the harvest.

Grape variety

Chenin, Sauvignon

The harmony of Sauvignon and Chenin, shaped by Oak and Acacia.

Aspect

Light Golden

Odeur

A fine, expressive wine with aromas of citrus and white fruits, enhanced by acacia blossom and subtle honeyed and woody notes.

Goût

Lively and balanced on the palate, with a full texture supported by a mineral structure and a lingering finish with slightly toasted notes.

Technique

The grapes are pressed, the musts are cold stabilised without sulphur to preserve the aromas, then aged on fine lees in oak and acacia barrels.

Degustation

Pairs perfectly with delicate fish (sea bass, pikeperch, turbot), shellfish such as scallops or lobster, and roast poultry with a light cream sauce.
It also elegantly accompanies mature goat's cheeses from the Loire Valley or a young Comté cheese.
