Good volume with a little fat, and a good sensation of freshness thanks to the richness of the aromas. A wine that will surprise you with age.
Long vinification at low temperature, followed by ageing on fine lees.
Tasting
This white Touraine Chenonceaux pairs well with pike-perch dumplings with creamy white asparagus, lemon chicken breast with creamy aubergines, or simply a Selles-sur-Cher AOP cheese.
