A very intense bouquet with aromas of white flowers and exotic fruit.
Good volume with a little fat, and a good sensation of freshness thanks to the richness of the aromas. A wine that will surprise you with age.
Long vinification at low temperature, followed by ageing on fine lees.
Tasting
The white Touraine Chenonceaux is perfect for pike-perch quenelles with a creamy white asparagus sauce, chicken supreme with lemon and creamy aubergine sauce and, of course, a Selles-sur-Cher PDO cheese!
