Aromas of ripe fruit, dried fruit and spices.
The blackberry and exotic fruit flavours add freshness and roundness.
Low-temperature vinification, followed by ageing on fine lees with stirring.
Tasting
Its freshness and tension make it a natural match for seafood, as well as spicier dishes.
It is also a great companion for goat's cheeses, which are typical of Loire cheeses, especially those from Touraine.
