This wine is made from selected harvests including our old sauvignon vines. A long vinification at low temperature, followed by ageing on fine lees with stirring
Dégustation
This wine goes well with Scallop carpaccio with a drizzle of olive oil and
lemon zest, or white asparagus will match perfectly.
