The attack is supple, the mid-palate soft and sustained, the finish fresh with notes of citrus fruit. Long-lasting aromas and fine minerality.
Harvest selected and destemmed, 12-hour skin contact maceration in the press. Pneumatic pressing, long fermentation and ageing on the lees.
