The vines are managed using integrated pest management combined with tillage.

Maceration wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Slightly cloudy over an orange-yellow colour.
Beautifully complex aromas, with notes of pine resin, rose and orange pulp.
Supple on the palate, with a certain tannic structure and good length on the finish.
Destemmed harvest, total maceration for one month with the cap of marc submerged without excessive extraction. Malolactic fermentation under marc, matured on fine lees, partly in oak barrels and partly in amphorae.
Tasting
This category of wine goes well with many dishes, thanks to its aromatic strength, such as Asian dishes, world cuisine and hard cheeses. It is also a superb accompaniment to sweet and savoury dishes. In short, this macerated wine is an excellent companion for all kinds of dishes and aperitifs. Our suggestion: Caramel pork!
